Job Opportunity

ECCU Assurance DAC offers a challenging role for a skilled professional to manage insurance policies and provide excellent customer service.

  • Insurance Policy Management:
    • Process claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely responses to Credit Unions.
    • Handle day-to-day calls from members interested in our Member Pay Product, providing personalized support and assistance.
    • Process new business applications, policy alterations, and renewal notices with precision and attention to detail.
    • Maintain an organized filing system to ensure seamless access to essential documents.
  • Customer Service:
    • Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt responses to telephone enquiries and general correspondence.
    • Resolve queries and concerns promptly, exceeding customer expectations when possible.
    • Assist in administration and efficient processing of mid-term endorsements, queries, and follow-up with Credit Unions or Members as required.
  • Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required:
    • QFA qualification or Accredited Product Adviser (Life) qualification is highly desirable.
    • Good computer literacy skills and flexibility are essential for success in this role.
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team are critical.
