In this challenging role as a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading key finance functions within our organization.

You will oversee a team of 10 professionals, reporting directly to the Financial Controller. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reporting and Analysis: Preparation of weekly and monthly reports to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Reconciliation and Inventory Management: Ensuring timely completion of monthly reconciliations and managing stock levels to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Board Pack Preparation: Providing detailed financial analysis and recommendations for the monthly board meeting.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Managing AR and AP functions to ensure smooth cash flow and payment processes.
  • Revenue Returns: Overseeing revenue returns from UK, Ireland, and Europe to identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with the finance team to achieve key performance targets across all business areas.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Finance Manager in similar roles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel skills to analyze complex financial data and create insightful reports.
  • Familiarity with Netsuite is an advantage but not necessary.
  • A strong desire to work in an office-based environment in Ireland.
