  • Reporting: Oversee and coordinate responses to internal and external requests for reports on key controls and evidence-based testing.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of product governance activities, including reports, audits, and regulatory submissions.
  • Training & Education: Develop and deliver training programs to educate colleagues on relevant product governance requirements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with compliance, legal, and risk teams to ensure strong collaboration and engagement across key functions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to continuously improve product governance strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • A third-level business degree or appropriate professional qualification.
  • At least 5 years' experience within a Financial Services organization, with 3 years in a governance-related role.
  • Experience in working within the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) requirements is desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively to senior audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
