About the Role
">We are seeking a German Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team. In this key role, you will ensure our customers have an exceptional experience as they begin using our HR software.
">You will work directly with new clients to guide them through the onboarding process, ensuring their success and satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone who is customer-focused, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to help clients optimise their use of our product.
">You will be responsible for managing the smooth onboarding and implementation of new customers by understanding their needs and ensuring they're set up for success with the product.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Client Onboarding: Manage the smooth onboarding and implementation of new customers by understanding their needs and ensuring they're set up for success with the product. ">
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional support via email, phone, and online demonstrations to ensure clients are confident and satisfied with the product. ">
- Data Management: Assist with the import and setup of customer data, ensuring everything aligns with the product requirements. ">
- Training Material Development: Contribute to the creation of helpful resources such as help center articles, tutorials, and webinars to support customers. ">
What We're Looking For
">We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who has strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and German.
">The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in customer success, support, or account management.
">Additionally, the candidate should be tech-savvy and comfortable working with data and tools like MS Office, especially Excel.
">What Would Set You Apart
">B2B software experience is a plus, as well as familiarity with customer support and engagement platforms like Zendesk, Gainsight, or Jira.
