Join our team as a Relocation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to support our clients with relocation services. As a trusted partner, you will be responsible for guiding employees through the entire relocation process.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to build strong relationships with relocating employees and their families. You will provide expert guidance on neighborhoods, transportation options, and local culture to help employees make informed decisions about their new home.

Your Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to relocating employees and their families throughout the relocation process.
  • Neighborhood Research: Conduct in-depth research on neighborhoods, including rental market trends, school ratings, commute times, and neighborhood suitability based on client preferences.
  • School Support: Present public and private options to relocating employees and assist with school viewings and admissions when possible.
  • Logistical Assistance: Assist with essential services such as converting driver's licenses, banking setup, and other logistical requirements for a smooth transition.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Support relocating employees through local regulations in the host country, including townhall registration, obtaining social IDs, and tax registration.
  • Cultural Integration: Curate personalized recommendations for social, cultural, and lifestyle activities, including restaurants, networking events, fitness centers, and family-friendly venues.
  • Communication: Gather and deliver customized information by researching and utilizing software to create tailored client reports.
  • Tour Coordination: Coordinate and lead area tours, in person or virtually, providing insights into neighborhoods, housing options, and key amenities.
  • Ongoing Support: Facilitate ongoing communication with relocating employees via phone, email, video calls, or in-person meetings to address questions and provide timely updates.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
