Are you looking for a role that allows you to combine human expertise with innovative technology? As a Relocation Consultant, you will guide clients through relocation stages with a white-glove approach. This means understanding their needs and concerns throughout the relocation process and providing expert guidance on neighborhoods, transportation options, and local culture.

This is not just about helping people move to a new location; it's about making sure they have a seamless transition into their new life. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with relocating employees, conducting in-depth housing research, and offering support with essential services such as converting driver's licenses, banking setup, and other logistical requirements.

You will also curate personalized recommendations for social, cultural, and lifestyle activities, including restaurants, networking events, fitness centers, and family-friendly venues. Additionally, you will gather and deliver customized information by researching and utilizing software and GSuite to create tailored client reports.

In this role, you will coordinate and lead area tours, in person or virtually, providing insights into neighborhoods, housing options, and key amenities. You will facilitate ongoing communication with relocating employees via phone, email, video calls, or in-person meetings to address questions and provide timely updates.

Past Experience and Current Skills

This role requires a unique combination of skills and qualifications. You must have the legal right to work in Ireland and at least 5 years of residency in Cork, with extensive knowledge of the local rental market, education system, and local registration processes.

You must also own a reliable 4-door vehicle and a valid driver's license for in-person client services, including area tours and rental searches. A friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities is essential for this role.

You should be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Prior personal relocation or moving assistance experience is preferred but not required.

Education and Technology

A Bachelor or Associate's degree (or equivalent) is preferred, as well as extensive experience with Microsoft Office, Google GSuite, and CRM systems. You must also have a laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet connection.

Language Skills

The ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees is crucial for this role.
