Job Profile

We are seeking a strategic and commercially astute Retail Space Planning Manager to drive retail layout innovation across our nationwide store network.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To lead a team in delivering exceptional space planning and store layouts for 30+ stores
  • Owning the 'space to sales' ratio, optimising both micro and macro space strategy to enhance sales performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, category, and store operations teams
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or FMCG space planning leadership roles
  • Proficiency with Blue Yonder (CKB) and AutoCAD software
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
