- Leadership experience in retail/FMCG space planning.
- Proficiency with Blue Yonder (CKB) and AutoCAD software.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of space, layout, and planograms.
- Proven experience in team leadership and process/budget management.
