This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a high-impact leadership role overseeing multiple live projects in the South East region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project delivery, team management, and programme oversight, with a minimum of 8 years' experience in main contracting.
Residential experience is highly valued, and strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Based in (or willing to relocate to) the South East region, the successful candidate will lead site teams across multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to programme, budget, and quality standards.
They will also liaise with senior management, subcontractors, and suppliers, upholding company standards across health, safety, and compliance.
As a core member of the leadership team, the appointee will report directly to the Managing Director.
