Key Revenue Leadership Role

This is a senior leadership position that oversees all revenue-generating functions to drive sustainable growth for the business.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing high-performing teams, and establishing best-practice processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Setting ambitious growth targets for revenue-generating teams and coaching them to perform against these targets.
  • Building and developing a pipeline of opportunities and converting it into signed customers.
  • Leading and delivering winning proposals to prospect customers and building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of sales strategy.
  • Analysing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and continuously optimise sales performance.
  • Regularly reporting on pipeline progression and key opportunities.
  • Leading the customer team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers and executing go-to-market initiatives to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Partnering with customers to ensure they get the maximum value from products and solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure products and services drive meaningful business value for customers.
  • Establishing and personally maintaining strong relationships with key customer executives.
