  • Job Description:
  • We're seeking an accomplished Data Scientist to join our team. As a Data Scientist, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of people-facing and business-facing products across our entire portfolio of applications.
  • You'll apply your technical skills, analytical mindset, and product intuition to one of the most comprehensive data sets in the world, driving meaningful experiences for billions of users and hundreds of millions of businesses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to tackle complex product and business challenges, leveraging data and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define new opportunities for impactful product development.
  • Apply quantitative analysis and data presentation expertise to understand user behavior and drive growth.
  • Work closely with the product team to solve problems, identify trends, and uncover new opportunities.
  • Inform and influence product decisions through data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs), design experiments, monitor product metrics, and analyze root causes of changes.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a relevant technical field.
  • 4+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), and/or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R).
  • Proven track record of solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches, understanding ecosystems, user behaviors, and long-term trends.
