Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced project leader to oversee the implementation of a Transport Management System (TMS) across our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project schedules, and ensuring all milestones are met.

About the Role
  • This is a challenging opportunity to drive key goals and objectives in L&D, including 100% integration of Teleflex Freight into the TMS.
  • You will design and implement innovative solutions to achieve high levels of accrual accuracy and zero-touch job creation and invoice audit.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in leading similar initiatives in fast-paced environments, with strong analytical and project management skills.

They should also have knowledge of Design Control, Change Control, Product Life Cycle Management, Sustaining Changes, and experience of cost savings and product/process improvement.

You will lead a team responsible for implementing the TMS, developing project schedules, and ensuring all local procedures are updated.

The role requires international travel and excellent communication, presentation, and investigation skills.

  • Fluency in English (written and oral)
  • Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills
  • Outstanding computer skills, including MRP, Microsoft Excel, and MS Suite
