Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our global projects, driving key goals and objectives to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive key goals and objectives of L&D to include 100% of all Teleflex Freight integrated into the TMS.
  • Design and implement innovative solutions to drive 99% accrual accuracy and 98% zero-touch in job creation and invoice audit.
  • Use automation and innovation to increase efficiency in the Control Tower to allow for expansion and focus on value-added activity.
  • Project lead and responsible person for all parallel projects impacting Global Transport, including SAP upgrades, new tool implementations across Global Operations, and improvement requests from outside the function.
  • Lead all site/multisite implementation activities associated with the rollout to remaining sites.
  • Lead TMS Global implementation at TFX sites, 3PLs, Sterilisers, 3PFGs, Raw material Suppliers, and Transport Suppliers.
  • Responsible for ensuring the system and data warehousing solutions meet the needs and requirements of the business.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in leading a similar initiative in a fast-paced work environment with strong analytical ability.
  • Strong project management and organizational change management skills.
  • Understanding of Design Control, Change Control, Product Life Cycle Management, Sustaining Changes, including experience of cost savings and product/process improvement.
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage, but not essential.
  • TMS knowledge is a distinct advantage.
  • Project management experience with IT system roll-outs.
