Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage IT projects, focusing on the rollout of SAP Extended Warehouse Mobility solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.

This is a hybrid role, requiring significant onsite presence at our client's facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for project initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.

Gather requirements through interviews and workshops, document current and future state models, and create use cases and test scenarios.

  • Project Lifecycle Management: Responsible for project initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.
  • Project Delivery: Effectively manage a range of projects using best practices and adhering to the required Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) policies.
  • Business Analysis: Gather requirements through interviews and workshops, document current and future state models, and create use cases and test scenarios.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively manage issues, risks, and organisational change to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Coordinate issue resolution with internal and external technical support providers.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure appropriate IT processes, procedures, and standards are followed and that project schedules, financials, scope, and performance requirements are met.

The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to deliver critical projects in a regulated environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
  • Essential experience in rolling out SAP Extended Warehouse Mobility solutions and associated supply chain processes.
  • A proven track record of leading small-to-mid-sized teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage several complex projects concurrently.
  • Must have effective project management and facilitation skills with a proven ability to lead teams through complex requirements sessions and create business requirements documents.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment, such as GMP, is a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical capabilities.
