About the Job

The job holder will lead R&D Mechatronic development programs, coordinating with customers and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Main Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing multidisciplinary teams in regulated environments.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interpret customer requests and provide clear updates.
  • Fluency in English and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Extensive experience in project planning and scheduling, with proficiency in MS Project or similar tools.
  • A technical background in Mechanical or Hardware engineering.
