Digital Email Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Plan, create, and optimize email campaigns to meet business objectives.
- Manage and segment the email database to ensure audience targeting and personalization.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations.
- 2-5 years of experience in email marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Creativity with an understanding of the latest trends in food, digital media, and social.
- Strong expertise in email marketing platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems and customer segmentation.
