Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of high-precision automated electro-mechanical systems to drive business results.
  • Integrate electromechanical sub-assemblies into complex systems including fluidics, optics, sensing, electronics, and software elements.
  • Develop technical solutions to enhance product reliability and process capability using lean/Six Sigma practices.
  • Apply expertise in CAD design and product lifecycle management (PLM) to deliver robust design solutions that meet system requirements.
  • Provide technical support across the full engineering value chain to avoid outages within the integrated manufacturing network.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with key stakeholders, and deliver solutions from concept to implementation at pace.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring team members and in an effective team player mindset.
