We are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage and support trainee solicitors throughout their three-year development journey.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a highly respected graduate programme, working closely with partners, trainees, and stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main liaison for trainees and partners on all HR and personnel matters
  • Oversee the full trainee lifecycle, from onboarding through to qualification
  • Manage placement rotations and secondments in alignment with business needs
  • Support the execution of the broader Graduate Talent strategy
  • Collaborate with the L&D team to deliver the trainee development programme
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, managing work allocation and development
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with all training requirements
Requirements:
  • Degree-qualified in HR or equivalent
  • Proven HR experience, ideally at management level
  • Strong background in employee relations and process management
  • A passion for developing early careers talent
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in professional services or legal environment preferred
