Financial Modelling Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Financial Modelling Executive to join our high-growth organisation. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining financial models used for future acquisitions.



Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Creating comprehensive financial models for investment and development projects
  • Preparing high-quality presentation materials for senior stakeholders
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of sector trends and asset valuations
  • Supporting investment evaluations and scenario modelling
  • Providing modelling support for funding initiatives and joint ventures


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A strong background in corporate finance, with excellent academics and relevant qualifications
  • Extensive experience with complex financial modelling for equity/debt, investment appraisal, and property
  • Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of financial markets
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset and interest in mentoring
