We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist with hands-on experience in Bitrix24 CRM to enhance our operational efficiency, client experience, and internal business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain workflow automations within Bitrix24 CRM to streamline operations.
  • Integrate third-party applications with Bitrix24 to optimize efficiency and improve performance metrics.
  • Develop and optimize lead management, client onboarding, and reporting processes to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot automation errors and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
  • Train team members on using automated systems effectively to maximize productivity.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience as an Automation Specialist or similar role with a strong track record of success.
  • Hands-on expertise with Bitrix24 CRM automation, including workflow automation, pipelines, and task management.
  • Strong knowledge of API integration and third-party tool integration with Bitrix24 to drive innovation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless communication.
