Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of impactful pharmaceutical projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and commissioning batch systems, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement automation solutions using DeltaV systems.
  • Design and validate batch recipes in line with ISA-88 standards and GMP requirements.
  • Support lifecycle management of batch processes, including optimization, troubleshooting, and change control.
  • Lead commissioning activities such as FAT, SAT, and IQ-OQ protocols for automation systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver automation solutions on time and within scope.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Emerson DeltaV systems in pharmaceutical or biotech settings.
  • Strong understanding of ISA-88 batch control principles.
  • Hands-on experience in commissioning and qualification of automation systems.
  • Familiarity with GMP, GAMP5, and pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple project timelines.
