About the Role">

As a Manager, Supply Chain Planning Transformation, you will define, design or redesign business processes to improve operational efficiency and lead programs throughout the transformation process.

Co-creating with clients, you will organize workshops to detect client needs and operating model changes in end-to-end planning ways of working, as well as connected broader supply chains.

You will assume a coaching role, guiding project teams towards their goals. Training and guiding the team on process design improvements, you will take full responsibility for a functional domain in a larger program, tracking deliverables, milestones, resources, and costs.

Ensuring full integration of all processes and linkage to best practices, you will gather necessary information, keeping stakeholders involved and aligned.

Co-creating a playbook with the client, documenting the new way of working on both process and organizational levels, you will provide structure and guidance during the entire implementation process to ensure smooth and structured delivery.

Internally, you will take people responsibility as a team/people lead, coaching and growing colleagues in their career paths.

Contribute to internal continuous improvement initiatives, bringing a strong growth mindset to our ways of working.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A master's degree in engineering or economics. An MBA is a plus.
  • At least 6 years of experience in consulting.
  • Ability to shape and define project plans and structures, creating a clear path to the intended vision.
  • Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills. Hands-on and results-driven.
  • Experience in designing or redesigning business processes, with planning projects requiring change/transformation within complex and multinational planning environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work and thrive in fast-paced, international environments.
