Experienced Construction Supervisor Wanted

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Construction Supervisor to oversee the management of plant and equipment, ensure compliance with drawings and specifications, and maintain a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage plant and equipment operations
- Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, building regulations, and good construction practices
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation
- Provide regular project progress updates
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Supervisor or Site Manager on large-scale projects
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and relevant guidelines
- Proven experience working on complex civil engineering projects
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and blueprints
- Full Driving License
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Effective communication and reporting abilities
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of sub-contractors, laborers, and onsite staff. This will involve managing resources, ensuring efficient use of equipment, and maintaining a high level of safety and tidiness on site.
