Industrial Automation and Process Controls Professional

Location: Dublin South | Full Clean Driving Licence Required

We're seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technical solutions and building long-lasting customer relationships.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market leader, delivering value-driven solutions to contractors, project managers, and business owners while developing new business and maximising existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with channel partners, specifiers, contractors, project managers, and business owners
  • Deliver engaging CPD presentations to the specifier and contractor community
  • Develop and manage a strong business pipeline, from lead generation through to close
  • Optimise existing accounts, identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
  • Consistently achieve (and exceed) sales targets

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in solution-based field sales (minimum 3+ years)
  • Background in industrial automation, process control, pneumatics, or electrical controls & automation
  • A technical qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering)
  • A strong track record of winning new business and developing long-term customer relationships
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and organisational skills
  • A customer-focused, entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to take ownership
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Full clean driving licence
