Job Opportunity Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the organization's supply chain and logistics functions to support order fulfillment.


Main Responsibilities:
  1. Enter customer orders into the order management system accurately and efficiently.
  2. Analyze product demand, prepare forecasts, and develop plans to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  3. Maximize sales revenue while minimizing costs and waste.
  4. Verify details and availability of large or complex orders.
  5. Communicate with customers regarding backordered or unfulfillable orders.
Key Requirements:
  • 6+ months of experience in order management
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

This position offers a flexible work arrangement with occasional on-site visits as needed.
