Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end order process by ensuring seamless coordination between various departments.
  • Process customer orders upon receipt with accuracy and promptness, providing timely updates on order status.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports according to business requirements, highlighting key performance indicators.
  • Provide basic product information to customers, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
  • Resolve queries related to orders, stock availability, deliveries, and invoices in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process returns and ensure smooth resolution of issues, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, warehouse staff, and management.
  • Demonstrate genuine care, empathy, and professionalism in handling customer concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Support a positive and cooperative team environment, fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have native or near-native fluency in German and advanced English (C1/C2) skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC literacy.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • SAP knowledge is an advantage, though full training will be provided.
