Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional customer service coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing key administrative tasks within the Customer Care department.

You must have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling correspondence, and performing other administrative duties as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service via telephone and in-person
  • Assist with database management and perform administrative tasks as needed
  • Circulate incoming post and arrange outgoing post daily
  • Manage fines process and vehicle licensing certificates
  • Perform a range of administrative activities using in-house IT systems
  • Distribute corporate branding to suppliers nationwide
  • Manage stationery and office supplies
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Administrator / Receptionist is desirable
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Highly professional manner and excellent communication skills
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work with a positive attitude
  • Strong IT and telephone skills, including call management and typing
