Day Service Leader

The role of Supervisor - Day Services is a supervisory position that involves effectively managing staff teams and leading person-centred opportunities for adults with intellectual disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage staff teams to deliver high-quality services
- Develop and implement person-centred plans in collaboration with individuals and their support networks
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures, including HSE New Directions Policy
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
The ideal candidate will have a relevant third-level qualification and experience working with adults with disabilities. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills are essential for this role, as well as a strong commitment to person-centred planning and human rights-based approaches.
