A minimum APA qualification, with working towards CIP qualification, is required. A friendly and assertive phone manner is also essential for building strong relationships with insurers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client insurance needs, including renewals, alterations, and claims handling.
  • Support Account Directors on client accounts.
  • Achieve upsell and cross-sell targets.
  • Follow agreed processes for all tasks.
  • Manage aged debt and premium collection.
  • Comply with all audit requirements.
  • Work closely with the Enterprise Team Leader.
