Job Title:

Retail Deli Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Deli Manager to oversee the running of our bakery, coffee dock, and deli. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, with experience in supervising teams, controlling stock, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and HACCP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, coffee dock, and deli
  • Responsible for the management of the deli team, including planning workloads, directing tasks, and ensuring quality standards are met
  • Manage stock ordering and control, ensuring accurate inventory levels
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and HACCP, including record-keeping and training staff
Requirements:
  • Proven management experience, with a strong background in catering, chef roles, or cafe management
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Fresh food knowledge, with understanding of KPI management and financial acumen
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, with excellent communication and leadership skills
