About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Manager to lead our team in delivering innovative construction projects. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing project development, managing budgets, and ensuring timely completion.

Job Description
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Real Estate, Design Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and other critical partner teams during initial planning, conceptual design, schematics progress, and design development.
  • Provide cost, schedule, and constructability guidance to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
  • Lead negotiations with general contractors and internal procurement partners to secure resources and scope infrastructure builds.
  • Evaluate bids/proposals/claims with detail and accuracy and report key construction/commercial metrics.
Requirements
  • Professional fluency in Arabic, German, and English.
  • Extensive experience in mission-critical facilities (design, pre-construction, scheduling, construction, and commissioning).
  • Knowledge of civil, electric, and mechanical engineering principles.
  • Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Construction Site Management conducting negotiations with general contractors and evaluating bids/proposals with detail and accuracy.
  • Professional certification, such as CCM, PMP, AC, or CPC.
