Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-value construction projects. This senior leadership role requires strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

About the Role

  • The Senior Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects, defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • This individual will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership & Delivery:
    • Lead project teams, ensuring high performance and accountability.
    • Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
    • Identify and develop future leaders within the team.
  • Stakeholder & Client Management:
    • Act as the senior point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
    • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication and delivery excellence.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to directors and stakeholders.
  • Financial & Commercial Oversight:
    • Take full ownership of project budgets, cost control, and financial forecasting.
    • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
    • Implement strategies to maximize profitability and value.
  • Quality, Safety & Compliance:
    • Uphold the highest standards of safety across all project phases.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
    • Drive continuous improvement in quality assurance and risk management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in construction project management, including civils and large-scale complex builds.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects valued at €20M+.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Chartership or professional accreditation (CIOB, RICS, PMI, or equivalent) is an advantage.
