The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive experience in ensuring the successful delivery of projects on site. As a key member of our Site Supervision Staff, you will be responsible for driving project delivery with a focus on health and safety, time management, cost control, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive project delivery on site, prioritizing health and safety, timely completion, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality outcomes.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with contract documents and applicable specifications.
- Monitor and report on works being conducted to Employer's Requirements.
- Implement Uisce Éireann's safety policies and standards on construction projects.
- Review and comment on project/site-specific HSQE documentation.
- A minimum of 15 years' experience in Site Supervision activities.
- Expertise in administering Contracts – Public Works & FIDIC.
- Familiarity with Health and Safety Legislation and Regulations.
- Chartered Engineer designation.
- Completion of Managing Safely in Construction Training.
Candidates for this role should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. The successful applicant will also be highly motivated, diligent, and flexible, with a willingness to take responsibility and adapt to changing circumstances.
