Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

Key Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements service standards for the food and beverage department.
  • Works closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth service between the kitchen and F&B outlets.
  • Creates weekly rosters, ensuring accurate payroll processing.
  • Liaises with HR in recruitment and selection processes.
  • Analyzes business trends and identifies special requirements for daily and future events.
