Healthcare Recruitment Leader
An exceptional opportunity exists for a seasoned healthcare recruitment professional to lead our Allied Health division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities within the Allied Health sector.
- Build, manage, and expand a portfolio of clients across hospitals, private practices, aged care providers, community health services, and government agencies.
- Develop tailored recruitment solutions to meet client needs and position the business as a trusted partner.
- Lead tenders, proposals, and client presentations to win contracts.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across permanent, contract, and locum roles within Allied Health.
- Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
- Maintain strong candidate networks across multiple Allied Health disciplines.
- Deliver a premium service experience to both clients and candidates.
- Act as a senior member of the team mentoring consultants and sharing market knowledge.
- Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve divisional revenue and growth targets.
- Proven track record as a senior/principal consultant in recruitment ideally within healthcare or professional services.
- Strong business development and sales experience with demonstrable success in winning and retaining clients.
- Excellent knowledge of the Allied Health sector and its workforce challenges.
- Strong negotiation influencing and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
- Experience mentoring or leading consultants is highly desirable.
