Duty Manager Role

As a key leader in our prestigious hospitality business, you will oversee day-to-day operations across food and beverage, front of house, and guest services. This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a hands-on leadership role in West Cork.


About the Position:

We are seeking a talented Duty Manager to join our team and support the smooth running of service, supervise staff, and maintain high standards of hospitality.


Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless service delivery, supporting staff on shift and upholding exceptional hospitality standards.
  • Support and guide staff across bar, restaurant, and front of house operations.
  • Take ownership of shift management, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain compliance with policies, health & safety, and service standards.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or duty management role within hospitality (hotel or restaurant background preferred).
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and people management abilities.
  • A passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
