This is a permanent opportunity that will operate on a hybrid model with a competitive salary and an extensive range of benefits on offer. The successful candidate will lead the development of a robust financial management system and will be responsible for ensuring business functions are operating efficiently and effectively.

**Responsibilities**

  • Make a strong contribution to the Executive Management Team in relation to strategy and day-to-day operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Finance team to achieve performance targets and professional development.
  • Build enhanced relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive a strong financial control culture and ensure a robust accounting framework across end-to-end financial processes.
  • Oversee the production of accurate financial and budgeting reports, e.g., annual/interim financial statements, monthly finance reports, budgets, and forecasting.
  • Lead Treasury management policies and operations.
  • Business Partnering, building key relationships cross-functionally and with key stakeholders.
  • Lead digital transformation growth within the organisation.
  • Oversee year-end audit.

**Requirements**

  • You will be a Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or CPA).
  • You will have a minimum of 15 years' experience working within a similar finance role.
  • Experience working in the Financial Services sector is a significant advantage but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
  • Experience working on digital transformation projects.
  • An ability to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks. This includes implementing internal controls.
  • Excellent report writing, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate and influence internal and external stakeholders at a senior level, including an ability to convey complex financial and data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
