Perioperative Team Lead

This pivotal role plays a crucial part in the successful implementation of Electronic Health Record (EHR) across UPMC Ireland, reporting directly to the EHR Clinical Stream Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the new Theatre & Anaesthesia workstream within UPMC Ireland, implementing the programme within project scope and governance.
- Collaborate with other clinical workstream leads and establish your project team with allocated responsibilities.
- Lead testing activities for Theatre & Anaesthesia modules, identify and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with IT, finance, and clinical teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with postgraduate perioperative qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of perioperative experience in an acute care hospital or surgical center.
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting or leading system implementations preferably MEDITECH or similar ERP/EHR platforms.
