We are seeking a highly skilled MES Engineer to join our team in Ireland.

The MES Engineer will be responsible for delivering Syncade projects, including installation, configuration, testing, validation, and go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Syncade projects: installation, configuration, testing, validation, and go-live support
  • Act as a trusted technical partner to life sciences clients
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize MES performance
  • Support compliance with GAMP5, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance
  • Mentor junior engineers as the team grows
Requirements:
  • 58+ years of experience in MES, with Emerson Syncade being strongly preferred
  • Hands-on expertise in key Syncade modules: EBR, Materials, Weigh & Dispense, Equipment Tracking
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, VBScript, XML/XSL and system integrations
  • Understanding of MESDeltaV interfaces and other manufacturing systems
  • Experience with system validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
