Senior MES Engineer

We are seeking a senior-level technical professional to lead the development, support, and enhancement of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) solutions for leading life sciences manufacturers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality MES projects, including installation, configuration, testing, validation, and go-live support
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business value through technology
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize MES performance to meet regulatory compliance and business requirements
  • Ensure adherence to GAMP5, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity standards
  • Mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge
Key Requirements:
  • At least 58 years of experience in MES (Emerson Syncade highly desirable)
  • Hands-on expertise in key Syncade modules: EBR, Materials, Weigh & Dispense, Equipment Tracking
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, VBScript, XML/XSL, and system integrations
  • Understanding of MES DeltaV interfaces and other manufacturing systems
  • Experience with system validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
