About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MES Engineer to join our growing Irish team. As a key member of our technical services team, you will be responsible for delivering, supporting and enhancing MES solutions for leading life sciences manufacturers.

This is a customer-facing role where you'll work across full project lifecycles and play a key part in shaping our business strategy. You will be responsible for delivering Syncade projects from installation and configuration to testing and validation.

Key responsibilities include acting as a trusted technical partner to life sciences clients, troubleshooting issues and optimising MES performance, and supporting compliance with GAMP5, FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity standards.

Requirements
  • 5–8+ years' experience in MES engineering, with a strong preference for Emerson Syncade
  • Hands-on expertise in key Syncade modules: EBR, Materials, Weigh & Dispense, Equipment Tracking
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, VBScript, XML/XSL and system integrations
  • Understanding of MES–DeltaV interfaces and other manufacturing systems
  • Experience with system validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
