Support mental health and well-being in the workplace by providing individual and group coaching sessions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver one-on-one wellbeing coaching sessions, incorporating stress-reduction techniques and coping strategies.
  • Facilitate team-based coaching sessions to address group-related well-being topics and promote emotional resilience.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on wellbeing, resiliency, and related topics.
  • Conduct regular floor walks to observe team interactions and employee demeanor.
Requirements
  • Hold a minimum Level 8 BA or BSc (Hons) degree in Clinical Counselling, Health Psychology, Therapeutic Counselling, Psychotherapy, or Clinical Social Work.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in mental health.
  • Demonstrate strong presentation and group facilitation skills.
  • Showcase ability to engage clients and build meaningful relationships.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, maintain regular availability, and engage proactively with employees.
