Exciting Opportunities in Complex Case Management

A growing, industry-leading Counter Fraud department seeks an experienced litigation professional to join its team.

  • Manage a varied caseload of complex litigated cases, primarily on an hourly rate basis
  • Draft and submit court documents, applications, instructions to Counsel, and settlement offers
  • Investigate and identify potential fraud using intelligence analysis and forensic examination
  • Provide commercially focused legal advice to clients and represent them in hearings and consultations
  • Negotiate with third-party solicitors, insurers, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with Court Rules, internal policies, and legal practice standards
  • Maintain case progress and client satisfaction through effective communication and time management

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience handling complex litigated cases, ideally involving Vehicle Damage and Personal Injury (Defendant side preferred)
  • Knowledge or experience in insurance litigation and/or Counter Fraud
  • Skilled in forensic analysis and document review
  • Confident communicator with strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using Case Management Systems
  • Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
