Commercial Strategy Manager

We are seeking a resilient, growth-minded leader with a strategic and creative outlook who can generate impactful ideas, influence collaborators, and remain calm under pressure.
The revenue growth team is responsible for defining and designing the commercial strategy across all categories, translating our long-term trade and marketing strategies into actionable commercial plans that the sales teams implement.
About the Position- Support and drive the commercial strategy for the channel across key areas.
- Commercial Planning – Contribute to Marketing Business Plans and Commercial Planning.
- Strategic Pricing – Aid in the development and deployment of competitive pricing strategy.
- Trade Investment - Support the commercial teams to develop investment scenarios that deliver revenue and margin expansions.
- Performance Management. - Support performance management rhythm, working closely with finance, commercial, and customer marketing.
- Measurement & Evaluation – Help to build a culture of M&E by ensuring robust pre and post M&E processes and methodologies are in place.
- Sprints – Support sprints to define revenue and margin enhancement opportunities around pack, price, promotion, channel, and embed them into commercial plans.
We're seeking a results-focused leader with strong ownership and accountability, able to navigate complexity, prioritize effectively, and distil complex information into clear, actionable plans for broad audiences.
