Executive Director of Client Engagement

The Role:

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the ongoing success of the organisation through strategic partnerships and client relationships.



  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities within existing client networks
  • Negotiating complex contracts and deliverables with clients
  • Managing relationships with third-party supplier networks to drive value and efficiency
  • Overseeing purchasing and pricing initiatives to optimise profitability
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
  • Collaborating with technical teams on cross-functional projects to drive innovation and excellence
  • Leading and advising senior leadership teams on operational performance metrics and strategies


Your Qualifications and Experience:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7-8 years' experience in a leadership role with a proven track record of driving commercial growth and success
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading diverse teams
  • Proven ability to multitask, engage with stakeholders at all levels, and drive results-oriented solutions
