Injury Claims Handler Position

About the RoleThis challenging and dynamic position involves managing claims within the Injuries Board process, as well as settling claims with legal representatives prior to the Injuries Board process. You will be responsible for handling claims that have proceeded to litigation, liaising with expert witnesses, service providers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory rules and codes.
Requirements- APA qualification in both Personal & Commercial Insurance
- Minimum 2+ years experience in handling injury claims
- Strong technical knowledge of liability claims handling and excellent understanding of the Personal Injuries Assessment Board and litigation processes
This role offers a competitive salary range of €40,000 - €45,000 depending on experience, along with a hybrid working arrangement and comprehensive employee benefits package.
Awarded APA qualification is considered a plus point, however, not mandatory.
The ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple stakeholder relationships is also essential for success in this role.
