Residential Development Quantity Surveyor

Our client is seeking an experienced Project QS to work on a large scale residential development in Dublin City Centre.
Job Description:The successful candidate will report to a Senior QS and will be primarily site based. Responsibilities include ensuring project objectives are met, compiling final accounts, variations and valuations, subcontractors tendering and payments, cost plans, cost reporting, and interacting with the project team to maximise project procurement, production and strategies.
Requirements:- Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or strong construction experience
- 7+ years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within a main contracting environment
- Previous experience on projects over €10m is beneficial but not necessary
- Hungry to learn and develop
- Excellent communicator
- Strong time management and reporting skills
The company will actively develop the successful Quantity Surveyor and provide full support with education / chartership.
Opportunity:This is an excellent opportunity for a Project level QS to join an industry leading organisation that is well known for nurturing staff development and has an excellent staff retention record.
