Process Execution Leader

The Process Execution Leader oversees the effective operation of complex processes in a highly regulated environment. This includes:

  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Promoting employee engagement and collaboration across teams.
  • Driving continuous improvement through structured problem-solving and data analysis.

The role also involves managing and executing projects to improve process efficiency, quality, and safety. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing process models to optimize understanding and communication.
  • Oversighting the technical team's capability development and providing coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Evaluating new equipment and ensuring validation against QA procedures.
  • Organizing and analyzing data for process flow sheets, including instrumentation and control considerations.

This leadership position plays a crucial role in maintaining a high level of process execution excellence and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process Execution Management: Ensure that processes are executed efficiently, effectively, and within regulatory guidelines.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide coaching, guidance, and support to the technical team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to execute processes successfully.
  • Project Execution: Lead and execute projects aimed at improving process efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform process improvements and identify areas for optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, science, or technology).
  • Proven experience in process management, leadership, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
