Job Title

A leading Process Manager opportunity has arisen in our organization.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our processes and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, preferably in food processing or a related field.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing complex projects in a highly regulated environment.
  • Modeling manufacturing processes to maximize understanding and improve efficiency.
  • Oversight, coaching, and capability development of technical teams.
  • Evaluating and validating new equipment to ensure compliance with QA procedures.
  • Ensuring processes and procedures meet regulatory requirements.
  • Leading corrective and preventive actions, and investigation management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Food Process Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in engineering, preferably in food processing or a related field.
  • Prior experience in Dairy/Food Process Engineering is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Spray drying operations, Evaporation, Thermal processing of Dairy based products, Powder conveying systems, ATEX rated environments, and Automated Manufacturing Environments.
