Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Consultant to join our team in a Chartered Quantity Surveying Practice providing cost consultancy services on large scale construction projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for pre-contract cost control and management, including estimating and cost planning, reporting to senior management, and preparing bills of quantities, buildsoft, and cubit. They will also prepare cost reports, monthly valuations, and final account reconciliations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Estimating and Cost Planning
  • Reporting to Senior Management
  • Preparing Bills of Quantities, Buildsoft & Cubit
  • Preparing Cost Reports
  • Preparing Monthly Valuations
  • Preparation and Agreement of Final Accounts

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified Cost Consultant
  • 3+ years experience in a Quantity Surveying firm
